Description
Are you tired of talking and reading about artificial intelligence? How about dancing with AI instead? At SYNC SPACE CYBER DANCE, dance becomes a playful medium to explore the inherent biases of humans and AI. Participants join a divided dance floor where they choose either to take to the stage and make up their own moves, mirror a human dancer’s moves from the dance floor, reflect an AI dancer’s moves, or simply observe as a spectator.
Human bias is shaped by individual experiences and cultural context. It can change over time through self-awareness and reflection. AI bias is shaped by unrepresentative or incomplete training data, sometimes as a result of human bias. Unlike humans, AI lacks self-awareness, so AI biases tend to stick around once the AI model is trained.
